What kind of services do you offer?

At Springcart we offer a wide range of services, from branding to graphic and web design to custom invitation and stationery design and printing.

Do you offer web hosting and domains?

Currently, we do not offer web hosting or domain. We do have a few companies that we like and recommend to our clients.

How long will my project take?

During our initial contact, we provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) based on our current project load and receipt of payment as of the date of proposal. This ETA can change based on the current project load when payment is received. If your payment is received a few days or weeks or months after the estimate was received, our project load could be different. Remember, this is just an estimate.

How do I get started?

Simply fill out our get a quote form in its entirety and once we receive your request someone from our team will contact you to go over the details. We will send you an estimate for your project and a projected time line based on your request.

Each website that we create in carried out in three different phases.

How soon can I start?

Our availability is limited due to high demand. Our policy is to only take a small number of clients at a time to ensure quality. It depends on our schedule and how quickly you are able to begin, but we generally book out two weeks in advance.

PHASE ONE : PLANNING AND COLLABORATION
(FIRST INSTALLMENT PAYMENT DUE )

The planning and collaboration is the most crucial phase of your web design project. This is where our team gets a clear understanding of what your website needs are. Whether it be an ecommerce solution or a purely informational site. We discuss what bells and whistles you have in mind for your site. This is also where we need to gather all of the pieces that are to be implemented into your new site. You will need to outline what categories and pages that you would like included in your website.

Once we receive the first deposit payment which is 50% of your total project cost, we will install the shopping cart software onto your server. We will then schedule a meeting or phone call to teach you how to add your products while we are building your website.

PHASE TWO : CONTENT, CONCEPT & LAYOUT
(SECOND INSTALLMENT PAYMENT DUE )

This is where we pull all of your concepts together and begin designing the front end of your site.  We will design the layout and look of your site in Photoshop and this when we can tweak and finalize the look of your site. Once the layout has been finalized and approved, the second installment payment is due. This payment is 25% of your total project cost.

PHASE THREE : BUILD IT
(FINAL INSTALLMENT PAYMENT DUE )

In phase three we pull all of the pieces together and start building the front end of your website. We make sure that your site functions properly and then we GO LIVE.

Final payment must be received before your site will go live.
